Job Description – Prepreg Production Operator

Reports To

Job Summary

• The Prepreg Production Operator run machines manufacturing carbon fiber and polymer composite materials for the Aerospace Industry.
  • Able to read, speak, and understand English
  • Must work well in a team/group
  • Able to learn tasks, follow instructions and pay attention to details.
  • Good basic math skills
  • Reliable, on-time attendance is required
  • Must follow all training and Safety rules
  • Must be physically capable of lifting up to 60-pounds
  • Job requires some early, late days and some Saturdays
  • Must be readily able to work overtime when needed
  • Must have your own car/transportation

Education and Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Military Veterans are welcome

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of equipment used to produce prepreg
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Intermediate computer skills
• Excellent attendance
