As part of the Teijin Group, Renegade Materials develops advanced composite materials used in some of the world's most demanding aerospace applications. This is an opportunity to represent innovative products, work with industry-leading customers, and make a direct impact on the future of flight.

What You'll Do
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within aerospace and defense markets.
  • Build relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and strategic partners.
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through program launch.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership to deliver customer solutions.
  • Represent Renegade Materials at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
  • Help shape the company's long-term growth strategy.

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, materials engineering, process engineering, or another customer-focused role within aerospace, defense, advanced materials, or manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and grow strategic customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Routine domestic travel with occasional international travel required.
  • U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident due to ITAR requirements.

Compensation:

$140,000 - $170,000 salary, exempt
